- Subject: [NAFEX] Strawberry question
- Date: Sun, 22 May 2011 08:38:05 -0500
I have been growing Cavendish for as long as I've owned my farm. I have tried growing other varieties but, after two or three years, they succumb to a white mold growing on their roots. Cavendish gets the white mold too but doesn't die. Are there any other northern-grown strawberries that are as long-lived as Cavendish?
