Evan, I've gotten 2-3 foot seedlings in bundles from both Musser
(http://www.musserforests.com/) & Schumachers
(http://www.schumachersnursery.com/) that fit that description. I've
never seen blueberries in cheap bundles but all the rest of what you
list I've gotten.
