If anyone has an interest in the genetic diversity of the coffee species, I
have an article I can clip and send entitled "Wild coffee species -
diversity, use, and conservation" from the January 2011 magazine Coffee &
Cocoa International.

It says most of the Madagasgar species produce naturally decaffeinated
coffees, and worldwide there are more than 100 species of coffee, also that
the Psilanthus species have been shown by DNA evidence to be part of the
natural variation of coffee. Charlie Paradise
