Cripps Pink is marketed as Pink Lady and it's one of my favorite apples. Its texture, to me, is similar to Honeycrisp - you can see the "curds" underneath the skin. It's not mealy but nor is it as crisp as a Yellow Newtown Pippin. Its taste is a nice balance between sweet and tart. It's one of my favorite apples.
