John, the Goumi is difficult to propagate, but does
graft well to autumn olive. There may be some suckering below the
graft. Autumn olives, on the other hand, are easy. We stick twigs
about 6-12"
dormant in semi shade and keep them watered till they show growth of an inch or so, to indicate they are rooted. Good luck! Hector
