I have ordered from Finches 2x, 8 years apart.  They ship bareroot and the plants don't look like much, but they have done very well for me.  Their prices are really good, and thy'll have exactly the varieties you need.  Do your research and order just once,  don't crowd them, water when necessary the first 2 summers.  Remember that rabbiteyes are good for about 75 years.  Ten rabbiteyes are about all my husband and I can bear to keep picked, I don't know what I'll do when the other 8 all mature.  That's the only bad thing about blueberries, is standing there forever picking.  I guess I shouldn't complain, I remember what a  miracle it seemed the first dozen or so times I picked from other people's bushes.  It feels a little different when it's your duty instead of a privilege.  Donna
