In Princeton, NJ (where I used to live) they have black squirrels that look
like a color form of the gray. But they behave quite differently. They are
much more of a ground-squirrel, and less of a tree squirrel, as well as being
a little less plump. I'm pretty sure its a different species, despite the
similarity in appearance.
