Dehydrated plums. Many uses, but my favorite is to use them to make 'tomato' sauce. Learned it from a raw foodist, so he would just dehydrate, then blend with spices and salt and a little water and oil to make a sauce for pasta (raw spaghetti squash in his case). Very delicious.

Could be a pain if the plums are not very free stone. Then again, if you've got a lot, what have you got to lose?
