Thanks. I am looking forward to trying the Hascaps. Actually I do not
worry about the jam thing any more. I like combo jam. So I just pick
everything and put it in the freezer together. Summer is too hot to make
jam.. winter is nioce for Jam making. So in winter I dicover my mixture
bags and pot them.

Hello Naomi,

Haskaps/Honeyberries thrive in a high pH which is all we have out here so
that shouldn't be a problem for for you. Blueberries don't like our pH
either.

I also agree with all the NAFEXers who said that Haskaps are delicious. I
haven't managed to collect enough to make jam , but they make a great pie
when mixed with apples, fabulous smoothies, and muffins in my personal
experience. 2010 is the year of the bird netting and the hopefully
experience with jam and other things!
