If you find anyone with such a tree, there will be at least that many rooted suckers at the base of each one.  I have it, but suspect the tree picked up a minor virus from a Discovery Apple graft, so I don't intend to share these.
For our region, M7 does not give much Dwarfing effect, I think it is about 70 % of Standard.
