Anyone interested in Growing Mushrooms at home should buy the book:
"Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms" by Paul Stamets
This will probably be the only mushroom book you will ever need. Its HUGE - 574 pages.
Paul Stamets also has a company that sells mushroom supplys including a kit to get started growing oyster mushrooms on coffee grounds. Its cheap - maybe $25.
A quick google search using the search words "coffee grounds oyster mushrooms" will reveal several webpages of people who are growing mushrooms in buckets with pictures.
Hope this helps
