Many citrus seeds come true. Some say it takes
longer to produce but I have a seedling of Ponderosa that bloomed when about 20
inches tall. Grafting is good. Use flying dragon rootstck for dwarfing if you
have it. Budding works, air layers should be good. Cuttings is the way I first
started with my lemons and limes.using a mist
propagation bed.
