Isn't it going to depend on specific cultivar / variety; degree of ripeness; soil conditions; available water, nutrients, sun, and airflow; methods of growing it; climate it's grown in; and weather that year?
I would be astonished if vitamin C content (or content of any nutrient) is always the same in different individual samples of any fruit.</x-tad-smaller>
