The apples I still have hanging are : Prairie Spy, Spartan, Iowa Beauty,
Mandan,
Chestnut, MN1606, Haralson, Haralred, September Ruby, and Centennial.
We've had two mid-twenties frosts already, they all still look fine.
How does one pick specifically for optimal storage quality?
