Hector Black who owned HIdden Springs Nursery in TN
showed us how to harvest native cane for his nursery, cutting only 3 year
canes. I don't know if his daughter still uses it. We grow the solid
stem bamboo, but I know that's not what I received in a box of trees from
McMinnville TN. Donna
