Title: Goji berries — the new super fruit (Denver Daily News)

Goji berries — the new super fruit      Denver Daily News
Goji berries, from the Lycium barbarum plant, have been considered a magical (and delicious) herb or fruit in many Asian cultures.

Here's a link to a nursery in Utah that sells goji plants: www.timpanogosnursery.com/.  It says it sells the Himalayan goji, not the Chinese wolfberry, which it claims is more astringent.

And another nursery: http://www.localharvest.org/store/item.jsp?id=4977
And a site with recipes using goji: http://www.gojiberry.com/
And the Wikipedia's take on the Chinese wolfberry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wolfberry
Here is some info from USDA: http://plants.usda.gov/java/profile?symbol=LYBA4
And here's a Plants for the Future report (please note that the Hardiness Zones are European): http://www.pfaf.org/database/plants.php?Lycium+barbarum

Has anyone experience growing gogi? -- Sam Brungardt, St. Paul, Minn. (USDA Hardiness Zone 4b)
