The speaker at the Seed Saver's Exchange in Decorah, IA a couple of years
ago was an Amish farmer and writer. He had spent considerable effort
weaning his land off of Roundup and other chemicals. Amish doesn't mean
organic, though they're more inclined to avoid chemicals than some.
