Reading and thinking about the challenges of growing apples organically,
it occured to me that the Amish are not likely to have adopted modern
chemical-farming practices in their orchards. But I can't find anything
online about Amish orchard techniques. Is there any published
examination of Amish agriculture extant? Any wisdom to share?
Thanks in advance,
Thomas
