I cannot day.  You may try.  There is no harm in trying.  It is very difficult to make predictions about the future performance of fruit plants a region half globe apart simply on the basis of basic climatic data.
 
I shall send you seeds in May provided you remind me.

I live in the coninental US state of New York considered temperate zone.  We get cold winter and snow.  This is NOT a hot weather area.  I trialed some berries from Massachusetts which worked out well.  Do these berries survive freezing temps?
