Dave,
No doubt you've read Bernie's report of die-back among his apple trees
and you'll likely read my non-die-back report. As somewhat(?) of a
comparison, my peaches die back in response to(?) the same temperatures that
cause(?) Bernie's apples to die-back.
I'm missing something. There seems to be some relationship here that I'm
not seeing and I do not entirely suspect hardening off (non-hardening off?)
as the culprit. If we could figure out what is causing Bernie's apples to
die back while mine thrive, perhaps we could figure out why my peaches die
back.
