- Subject: [NAFEX] Superior Juneberries?

Agreed that the nomenclature of Amelanchier is a mess. Hence am
interested in hearing favorite Juneberry cultivars and sources,
especially if you have rust resistant cultivars in a rust-prone area.
Our favorites are Amelanchier canadensis, no cultivar name, from
Lawyer's Nursery (12 ft, multistem), 'Regent' from Oikos Tree Crops (6
ft, multistem), and 'Jennybelle', available from several nurseries (15
ft, single stem and still growing.

Where Juneberries are done at 1800 ft, save Jennybelle.
