My juneberries are looking better again this year, but I see more damage from roseslugs or other sawfly. I don't think the damage is bad, but not doing any good, and would be nice to know how to control it BEFORE bushes reach full bearing size. Low toxicity control, that is. Suggestions please/thanks?

Best ones in my small planting are a couple of row-run "Timm & Success" seedlings I bought 10 years ago from the now-defunct Bear Creek Nursery. I've never seen a rust canker on a stem nor an infected berry, though I can't swear that there aren't any spots on the leaves. Fruit is as good or better ....
