Excuse me guys, but soluble aluminum is a bad thing. There are always two sides to a coin. A person with a balanced diet and no deficiencies is unlikely to store excess aluminum. A person with an unbalanced diet and many deficiencies is going to have problems when the body takes what is available instead of what is needed.
No one should be anti-aluminum, just realize that the less junk in foods, the better off we are. Moderate use of aluminum foil never killed anyone. Increased use of herbs that remove toxins including soluble metals is one safeguard that anyone can do.
That was how I got into organic fruit grown in my backyard - to avoid the chemical sprays and fertilizers. You can't live life avoiding everything , but you can minimize the danger when possible.
