Hello Doug,

Are any black currants banned in Canada? To my knowledge there are no bans,
regardless of WPBR imunity.

As it turns out, many states are eliminating, or modifying their black
currant bans.

My guess is that Plum Pox virus will work that way too. We will spend
millions trying to stop and erradicate
it, only for plum pox to continue to spread. Guess we are just buying time
to develop plum pox resistant
varieties.
