Really what Im looking for is a variety that is precocious in heavy clay loam soils. Most everyone seems to be worried about suckering & rampant growth but I have the opposite issue here in WI. 6 year old plants are 4-5 feet high, no suckers whatever, tho they do seem like they're healthy.

Not off hand. SLN offers a couple of named/numbered sea buckthorn varieties, as well as row-run seedlings. It wouldn't surprise me if Bill has the varieties you've listed, but they'r not in the current catalog.
