Webster's International defines a sprightly taste as: having a distinctively
piquant taste, a blend of tartness and sweetness. Synonym=Lively. My own
definition is: like hard cider that hasn't finished working. Or a kiss from
a sixteen year old girl with a sour ball in her mouth.
