Since Bear Creek went kaput, I order a lot from FEDCO in Maine. Slightly more pricey than I am used to but Ive gotten really good service, & they answer their phone during the spring & are very helpful.

Dear NAFEX:

I'm about to place orders with 4 or 5 different fruit tree retailers for apple trees for my home orchard.  I'm pretty much a neophyte when it comes to growing or buying fruit trees.  Not knowing much about the reputations of the various growers,

I purchased some rootstock from Cummings Nursery. They called me by phone and we discussed my needs. I had picked a rootstock that might be suceptable to latent viruses in sion wood. I called back later and changed my order.

I trust them and recommend them to everyone,
