I wouldn't recognize a bayberry bush if it bit me. The local (NY
Catskills) barberries have small waxy fruits. Not tart, not juicy.
I've never tried to measure the vitamins.

I'm getting curious about all these edible barberries that folks use.
Does anyone know of an on-line site with pictures?
