I read it...and he's entitled to his opinions, but I can't say I'm in
agreement. He picks at minutia associated with a topic that
incorporates a broad range of topics, decision making, and philosophy. Again, it is a free country, and he's welcome to champion industrial "food" production if he wants. But I think he's missed the point (not to mention the fact that I think several points are simply wrong). YMMV...
