My mother-in-law used to brag about her cat, who was a mighty huntress. This was a small cat, who had been declawed on the front limbs. Despite these disadvantages, she once killed a groundhog twice her size. I gather she help it with her mouth and ripped it to pieces with her hind claws.

Are there any kill traps that are legal and work on groundhogs?
