My experience with Kerr is rather the opposite - I found it rather slow to
come into production. My tree on M.111 took 8 years.
Another one that is taking forever is Sweet 16. I grafted it 10 years ago
and still haven't seen a fruit, although it is very helthy and vigorous (it
did make a few blossoms last year).
