Hi,

I hate to say this... YahooGroups does offer a "polling" feature within
each group. Anyone can set up a poll and send it to the group membership.
The system does all the management, and tabulating of the poll in
progress.

Those not able to use this feature could send their votes off list to
someone who could tabulate those and add them to the automated poll
results.

This may be the simplest means to accomplish this. It may not be though,
as you most likely need a working Yahoo ID and password. Many may not
have this as those that belonged to the group when Onelist, and Egroups
owned it, may not have Yahoo ID's, they just came with the acquistition.
