As noted in an earlier statement, I had many grafting failures this
spring. It turns out I had one variety of persimmon (which I have
attempted to chip bud as of yesterday) and the six varieties of
peaches I had attempted in spring Whip&tongue. The peach scionwood
appears to be alive (yellowish green inside (the color of a plant
that has been out of sunlight for quite a while)). Is it of any use
to attempt to graft peach in September from scionwood that has been
stored for a long time?

Thanks,

Chris Mauchline
