You mean you have all the same variety? They may all be off the same
cloned mother plant.
But this should not effect the taste.

I got 4 elderberries plants about 2 years ago from Henry Fields.
This year I got my first big crop. The problem is none of the berries
have any flavor. Not sweet or sour - just very bland. Am I doing something
wrong?

I thing the variety name is "york"
