- Date: Mon, 05 Feb 2001 09:56:39 -0500
Hello all,
Has anyone tried PRO-MIX BX made by Premier? It is a
rooting/seed medium that is innoculated with mycorrhizal
fungi.
http://www.premierhort.com/website/products/aproducts/aprodprof/aprodmycorise/amycorisebx.html
Seems rather pricy at $32 for 3.8 square feet, and I would
like other peoples input before buying it.
I also thought that mycorrhizal fungi needed living roots to
survive. How would it survive in sterile rooting medium?
Thanks for any opinions.
Regards,
Tom
