You may be talking about "Wiltpruf". They have a website at
www.wiltpruf.com, with a list of distributors. I just got some and
applied it to a few fig trees, but won't be able to report on it's
effectiveness 'til spring. The website has some interesting product
information, and the stuff seems like it might have some applications in
grafting also.
