I received a Garmin 60CSx, and it also drifts when on track mode. I
was surprised by this, as well. An additional disappointment is that
most GPS units, including this one, are not compatible with Macs.
Ditto the comment about satellite reception. Mine kept at least 8
satellites during a hike through thick Douglas firs and in the
basement once I came inside.
