you need at least
one person per horse unless they have been trained to run out to their
paddock as a herd.
Oh, I forgot to say- this will probably not work in a fire of any kind. Horses in a panic run HOME- even through flames and back into a burning barn. You CAN lead more than one out at the same time but you will need to have them trained to lead blindly- cover their eyes and if possible noses with something first. They will usually lead somewhat quietly even during crisis IF you have them prepared ahead of time. You MUST secure them somewhere out of harms way or they will return to their stalls. Sad, but true.
