Pam,

I have a friend who swears by this:

http://www.ratzapper.org/  They're about $40 but apparently very effective and do up to 60 kills on 2 AA batteries.

Good luck!

looks like OMRI certificate for Spinosad, which is like Entrust. Can you use that?

Secondly, I'm having an awful problem with what I think are Eastern Moles, in my cold frames. Surface tunnels too big for mice, voles. Seedlings bitten off at ground level and "towed away". I know moles are insectivorous, not vegetarian, but I just read that they line their nests with leaves! Argh! What organic ideas do people have? Traps? Raising flats of plants on trestles, rather than on the ground? (Hope for no more really cold nights, as they'd be hard to cover.) 300 broccoli starts disappeared in a single night.
