Do you know, I take that back. Apparently they have pints, quarts, and gallon size availale with a different label -- this appears to be new. -- though on second look both the labels that came up have expiration dates; one of them expiring last year, and the other one this June. I don't know if they have updated ones.

Thanks. I'd still like to avoid using the stuff, but it's good to know that I might be able to get a reasonable label for it -- I took a second look at the Monterey label and not only does it say for residential use, but elsewhere it says specifically "not for use on plants being grown for sale or other commercial use."

That's Monterey Garden Insect Spray, which is specifically labeled "For residential use in home gardens, lawns, and ornamentals." (The link you provided includes a link to the .pdf label.)

Yes, some certifiers appear to be accepting it for commercial use. I'm not really happy with that label, though.
