Wind chill does affect plants some, Eliot Coleman writes in his books that he thinks that plants being insulated from wind chill inside high tunnels is the equivalent of at least 10 degrees of extra protection (I forget his guesstimate figure).

Thanks. Jay  they are now calling for 38low with 31degree wind chill. That windchill doesn't apply to plants, does it?
