hmm, I don't find them to be this hardy...
It looks like the biggest mistake I made was washing them. I had to
wash them because I harvested them in 'red clay mud' and it seemed
that if I didn't get that stuff off while it was still wet it was
going to become pottery with an artichoke center.
I'll try them unwashed in the crisper next chance I get.
