I seems like I can win for losing with the sunchokes.
if I keep them in plastic bags, they get slimey
if I take them out of the bags, they mummify, either in the 'crisper'
or the root cellar
They sure keep well in the ground! ;-)
But I have to dig them when the digging is good (ground is dry enough
to comfortably dig)
Does anyone have a way of keeping Jerusalem Artichokes that keeps them
crisp and palatable?
