I have two layers or Agribon-19 on the carrots.  I didn't buy any heavier this year.  It was 16 outside today and an expected high of 49.

How many layers of row cover and what weight, Jay?  You might want more than one.

I guess I forgot to mention. They are in a high tunnel and they are covered with row cover.  The temps, while cold, we have been warming up to the 40-50's.  The ground isn't frozen and it doesn't look like it will for a long while.

I have way to many carrots to sell this winter.  I am looking for a market, but I am also wondering what will happen to them in the spring?  When they start growing again, how will they taste?  Will it be worthwhile to keep them around until spring?  Any opinions?  This is my first year of overwintering carrots.
