You probably remember that PYO was really big in the 80's and into the 90's.
But it wained as growers ran into problems with liability (customer stepped
on a nail, sued for $90 million {not a real case!}, etc.). I'm not sure if
there are better insurance instruments today for PYO but it's something you
should examine carefully. I think it's a great concept but liability must be
dealt with.
