I have pac choi in my tunnel, 6 to 8” tall, with about 8 full leaves plus a few baby leaves. Any suggestions on how to bunch it and price it?

I am not really doing a farmers market or farmstand this winter, but am using the plattsburgh.locallygrown.net system for winter orders, where folks order and I pack their order for them. So, I don’t have a quick feedback mechanism of how they look at it and grab it or put it back.

Thank you.
