I've used and it seems to work, although I have been told that the presence
of the clay can impede photosynthesis in at least some crops. I would
imagine that is due to reflection of sunlight by the white clay particles on
the plant.

Hello All,
I am wondering what experinces people have had using Kaolin Clay. The
only trade name I have seen it "OMRI listed" under is Surround. I'm
interested in possibly dipping summer and winter squash, cucumber and
solaname transplants. My biggest concern right now is that this "clay
slurry" may plug up the stomata and keep the plants from "sweating".
Thanks in advance,
Ben
