Are you speaking of the footers netzero is sticking on you messages?
Or the html copies of your messages that are attachments?

For the first problem, you could consider an alternate email address.
Gmail has a very good reputation and is free. Yahoo, I believe, is
free. And there are others.

For the second problem, most mail clients come configured to send html
versions of messages as attachments along with plain text. The html
attachments generally increase the message size by a factor of three or
four and add no additional information. You should look into
configuring your client to send plain text only.
