HI sue,
If you want to do fall peas, plant them ASAP.  The blossoms are very sensative to frost, which this year could come early!

I too am having cool weather, not much sun and showers/rain frequently.

Tonight is supposed to be down to 42 to 45 degrees. I don’t think my tomatoes will do well either, and neither will my hot peppers. Both of these are big money makers for me. I guess not this year. If we had sun, maybe they would get ripe. I am still waiting on the Spring carrots and beets to get big. Everything is about 2 weeks later than normal, except for these 2 and the potatoes are taking longer.

According to the almanac, and sometimes this is accurate and sometimes not, we are going to have cool and wet weather the next few months.

I have not had good luck growing peas in the fall, but am wondering if this year I might do well, any comments?

I think I will plant spinach now. Maybe that will cause us to have sun and heat!!
