(Sorry Liz! This probably bounced to you when I used the wrong email
address earlier.)
I waited too long to order an E-Z Up and had to pick up a canopy at a box
store. I won't make that mistake again. We purchased a C100
Quik Shade to use at farmers' market. It's a commercial grade canopy so I
hoped it would be better than the last one we bought. That one lasted a
year before it crumbled into a heap. I'm a strong woman but it takes
a man's strength to get the legs snapped into place where the legs meet the
canopy. It's a tug of war that I always lose. If I don't have three
people available to help me I can't use it. Unfortunately, the box was
ruined in the rain on the way home so I can't return this. I miss the $80
E-Z Up that I could put up alone in five minutes.
We sprayed the corners with silicone so that it slides alright now but that
doesn't lessen the strength it takes to extend the legs the last 2" to get it
locked. Does anyone else have model and have suggestions on making this
easier? I'd like to drag it across the road and heave it into the river
every week.
